Banquets/Private Meetings

Trio's Banquet & Private Dining Policies & Services

Rooms: Trio's banquet room is 1320 sq. feet and can seat up to 120 guests. It can be divided into 3 smaller, private meeting rooms. Our private dining room can seat up to 16 people.

Rental Rates: Our large banquet room rental rate is $125.00. Each of our smaller meeting rooms are $75.00. Our private dining room rental rate is $50.00 and is available Sunday through Wednesday.

Included in the rental rate are the following:

  • China
  • Service Ware
  • White Linens
  • White Napkins
  • 60" Round Tables (except in the private dining room)
  • Chairs
  • Servers
  • Bartender (For parties of at least 50. A charge may be applied to smaller parties.)
  • Event set-up and breakdown
  • Basic housekeeping

Event Times: Room rental rates are for a five hour function. A fee of $125.00 per hour will be applied to any event that exceeds this time period.

Reservations: Trio's encourages guests to place reservations as soon as possible. In order to be fair to all of our clients, Trio's does not honor tentative reservations or "holds" on a room. A reservation is confirmed when a signed contract and a deposit of twice the room rental rate are received. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the final bill. Established accounts may not require a deposit but may be subject to a cancellation fee of $250.00 at the discretion of Trio's management.

Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of event date will be charged for any costs that Trio's has incurred.

Payments: Payment is due upon receipt of the final guest count. Trio's requires that a credit card number be kept on file for any additional charges incurred during the course of the event.

Pricing: Menu pricing is correct at the time of printing. All food and beverage prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in market prices. Pricing will be guaranteed when a menu is finalized and a signed catering invoice is received.

Guarantees: A final guest count and menu is due 7 days prior to an event. All food, beverage and staffing needs are based on this number. Should a client fail to give a final guest count, Trio's will prepare and charge for the number given in the original estimate. The final guest count may not be reduced. Should there be an increase in the final count, Trio's will make every effort to accommodate this increase but will only be responsible for serving the number of guests given 7 days prior to event date. Trio's reserves the right to change room assignment, without notification, according to changes in guest count

Catering Invoice: A signed catering invoice must be received 7 days prior to event date. This invoice will contain a final guest count and complete food and beverage selections.

Event Conditions: No event will be held at Trios unless deposit, signed contract and final payment are received prior to the scheduled start of the event.

The host or contact person is responsible for the conduct of his/her guests and for any damages that should occur to Trio's by either the client or his/her guests during the event.

Trio's management, prior to event start time, must approve all decorations and entertainment. Nothing may be affixed to the walls, floors or ceiling without the expressed permission of an event manager. Confetti is prohibited and all candles must be enclosed in glass. Trio's must be cleared of all decorations at the conclusion of an event.

Trio's management will determine the proper staffing for each event. Upon request, extra staff can be provided at an additional cost.

Trio's management reserves the right to inspect and control all functions held on the premises. Should management deem an activity unsafe or inappropriate, Trio's has the right to require the activity be terminated or the event concluded.

Trio's staff reserves the right to require proper identification from all guests wishing to drink alcohol. Any staff member may refuse service to a guest who appears intoxicated. Any guest who displays rude, offensive or socially unacceptable behavior will be asked to leave the property.

Smoking is prohibited at Trio's.

Trio's is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. We are not liable for any acts of nature but will make every effort to reschedule an event at an alternate date.

No food or beverage may be brought into Trio's for an event. All food and beverage items are subject to a 20% service charge and 6% Indiana sales tax.

Special Services: Trio's event manager will work with you to ensure that all of your needs are met. The following list is comprised of a few of our special services. Please ask your event manager for additional options and pricing.

  • Centerpieces: Start at $25.00
  • Votives: $1.00/ each
  • Mirrors: $3.00/ each
  • Glass Hurricanes: $4.00
  • Ice Carvings: Start at $375.00
  • Colored Napkins & Linens: Event manager will provide pricing
  • Floor Length Linens: $15.00
  • Chair Covers: Market Price
  • Skirting for non-food tables: $15.00 per table
  • Projector & Screen: Event manager will provide pricing
  • Microphone & Podium: Event manager will provide pricing
  • Additional Staff: $15.00 per employee, per hour (4 hour minimum)
  • Valet Parking: $30.00 per valet, per hour
  • Security: $30.00 per hour
  • Entertainment can also be provided upon request for an additional fee.
